Hi Jack,

In order to purchase a condo when you are holding on to a HDB flat, the flat must at least fulfill the 5 years minimum occupation period. Unless you purchased it as a resale flat before 30 August 2010, there might be a chance you can purchase a condo now.

Please kindly check whether has your unit fulfill MOP before thinking on the next step.
