How much can I rent OUT my 4 room HDB flat for if I reserve the master bedroom for self use?
The location is Sengkang 5 mins walk from MRT.

Hi Ms Wong, if you are planning to stay at the master room, then it would be a room rental instead for your other 2 common rooms as no tenant would want to rent the whole unit with landlord staying together with them.
