1) Additional BUyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) for foreigner is 60%.
However Under the respective FTAs, Nationals or Permanent Residents of the following countries will be accorded the same Stamp Duty treatment as Singapore Citizens: Nationals and Permanent Residents of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland and Nationals of the United States of America.

2) Foreigner are eligible to puchase non-landed private property such as condo and apartments in Singapore.

3) You can qualify for a mortgage if meet certain requirements.
Do you intend to take loan for your purchase?
If yes, Before shortlisting project/unit, I will suggest to check your in principal approval of your loan from banker.

5% Cash = $50,000

foreigners are liable to pay 60% additional buyer's stamp duty in comparison to Singaporean buying first residential property in Singapore except for some nationals that are qualified for the same treatment as SC. May I know which nationality are you?

Additional Buyer Stamp Duty for foreigner is at 60% of the purchase price, on top of normal buyer stamp duty that is applicable for up to 6%.
