Dear sir/madam,

As this rental is considered a private treaty or agreement, it is not a standard clause to offer 2 months security deposit for 2 years rental, but is a general practise.

For any rental offers to be considered, you should offer a letter of intent to rent the place addressed to the legal owner with the security deposit. Any terms and conditions you wish to highlight should be in this LOI.
