Dear sir/madam,

You may wish to look into price range around $3,000, subjective to conditions of the apartment. Could potentially get slightly higher too if unit is in relatively good renovated conditions, however, I believe that right tenant profile is also an important factor, given that they are more likely able to take good care of the apartment such that when they are exiting upon the expiry of tenancy, the unit itself do not require any major refurbishments. Basing on my past 13 years of experience dealing with rental, I have came across tenants who are willing to pay above market rates but they do not really bother about taking care of the apartment and end up trashing up the apartment where the premium collected from the rent and deposit is not sufficient to refurbish the apartment.

I have done quite a number of rentals in Simei over the years and are still in touch with these tenants, and they may have friends or colleagues who are interested to live nearby.
