Most units with existing tenancy will have up to at least 2 months prior to the expiry to confirm their extension or renewal, therefore anything before these 2 months period can be difficult to confirm the rental, since existing tenant may not have decided on renewal. You will still have some options if existing tenants are confirmed not renewing or if the owner have already planned to move out by that certain date.
