I understand where you are coming from, however, this has no effect on the listing. At the end of the day, a property listed for rent belongs to a private owner, therefore he or she has the rights to decide who the tenant profile is. Unless there is a law enacted for landlords not to have such preference which I highly doubt it will, you are advise to just move on with such arrangement and look for alternatives who are acceptable to your profile or simply move out of Singapore if you are unhappy about this. The anti-discrimination policy put in place by PropertyGuru can only control agents not to put up discriminatory description in the listing but not ban the agent listing.
