what is the profile of the other buyer? SC or SPR or foreigner?
If unmarried SC/ SPR and SPR buying first property, it will be 5% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of the usual 3% buyer's stamp duty.
If married couple with at least one SC, there won't be any ABSD. Only subject to BSD as IRAS will treat the first property as their matrimonial home.
