Good afternoon SC,

what is the profile of the other buyer? SC or SPR or foreigner?

If unmarried SC/ SPR and SPR buying first property, it will be 5% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of the usual 3% buyer's stamp duty.

If married couple with at least one SC, there won't be any ABSD. Only subject to BSD as IRAS will treat the first property as their matrimonial home.

It makes a difference if the other party is a Singapore Citizen or Foreigner. If the partner is a Singapore Citizen and purchasing their first matrimonial home, the ABSD will not be applicable. Let me know if I may assist further.
