If I am not wrong, the projected rental yield is around 3.5 to 4%.
In my opinion, if you are getting a project solely for investment, you might want to look at other projects.
I do have some projects to recommend and their rental is around 5-6%. if you are interested, we can take take a lotansy the showroom this weekend.
At the same time, we can have a in-depth discussion and and I will let you know how we derive the rental yield as well.
