Dear sir/madam,
It is not the same across different estate agencies. I guess the most important thing in this industry is the ability to close deals as even if you are drawing a 100% comms cut, it will still be $0 if you close no deals. The team you are with and the ability to leverage among your team is 1 of the most important aspect into getting into this industry. I benefitted with the current system I am with, closing deal even when I was taking a 3 weeks break in the US.
