Dear prospective landlord,

I believe you are referring to the HDB blocks along Sunset Way. Location wise, it is about 5 bus stops away from the nearest MRT Station at Clementi. Within the immediate vicinity, you have local supporting amenities like supermarket and HDB shops. Unlike most of the HDB estates, Sunset Way enjoys less congested feel of living therefore I believe that if you have priced the rental reasonably, it should not be taking more than a month to get a matching tenant.
