How do we check the minimum sum that we need to have in our CPF account? Different age will have different minimum sum right? After setting aside a minimum sum, can I still use my cpf to buy subsequent properties for investment? After selling the properties at a profit, will the money return to my cpf?

Morning,

If you do not have any property at hand that have utilized CPF, you are not reqiuired to set aside the CPF minimum sum. Kindly refer to the following website for the information that you required. http://ask-us.cpf.gov.sg/efa/answer/index.htm?sourceType=3&search_text=minimum+sum
If you had a current property that have utilized CPF for the mortgage, you will only be allowed to utilize CPF upon setting aside the minimum sum. If oyu do sell away the unit in the future, the CPF component utilized wil be return back to your CPF account, along with the interest earned.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
