How do I warn property agents of some problem local tenants? They rent apartments/condos and used it for gaming/ gambling dens? fail to pay rental for a few months and then move away when caught withoit paying up the rental. I encountered 3 of these men and you just cannot judge "the book by it's cover" (fantastically clean shaven, decent looking guys). Promised to pay up rental owing but disappeared and ignored your calls to pay up debts. Totally dis-honest and not honourable.

I have their NRICs and photos of their wrong doings in the house. NRIC address - they do not reside there. Now they had moved to another house somewhere.
My intentions is to notify ALL housing agents to be wary of these guys.
Please advise.
