How do i get an appraisal for my HDB flat - 65 Kallang Bahru mid floor? How much would it cost me to get one? Also I am looking for a property manager to manage the flat as I live overseas. What are your fees like?

Hi,

I will be glad to assist further. But may I know what are your plans with the hdb unit? If you intend to rent it out, while based overseas, most important thing is to get an agent who you can be comfortable with and also a family member to be a point of contact in Singapore if any issue arises. May I know what's your intention? Do you wish to sell or rent out your place?

Normally appraisal or we call it as valuation is required during sale when buyers require one to obtain housing loan and grant.

Btw normally for my clients who are staying overseas, I will advise then to appoint a power of attorney to a family member or close friend so he/ she can have the legal power/ rights to make decision on your behalf.
