How do I contact the developer Tri-Tech who build Cascadale?

I'm trying to reach the correct management office of the deplorable state of Cascadale which is VERY POORLY maintained.

Hi Abby, as Cascadale is an old development, it already has its own MCST, you should feedback during your AGM. You can also rally the other owners to get the MCST to take action. It would take time for such changes to take effect.
