Dear Mr Edwin, good day to you. Like what my fellow colleague Gary has mentioned, usually developers will engage marketing agencies and in turn, real estate agents like us will be marketing the projects in all forms of media for developers. For some older launches where there's unsold units and show flat is not available at site, you can let me know which project you are interested in as we will usually have the resources to still obtain the project information and also to make appointment for you to view the show units or showflat models/ sales gallery in other locations if available. Personally, I deal in a lot of developers sales projects, hence I am familiar with many of the project in charge. If you are interested in any particular project, do let me know and I can make arrangements to do a exclusive presentation for you.
