Hi,

I hope you don't have the misconception, it is not mandatory to offload, just that they need to pay extra QC costs to extend the marketing process. And we have seen developers going the privitization route or bulk units sale to funds to avoid these costs. Hence I don't think you can expect significant discounts. May I know your preferred requirements so to make some recommendations? Thanks and hope to assist further.

Hi, most agents will have a list of them being compiled. But even if that's the case, you would not expect to see a fire sales kind of deal as most developers have already slashed their prices by a good margin.
