Hope to purchase a new 2br condo in north. 5rm HDB house fully paid for. What are the chances of the bank granting me 80% loan? Monthly salary $7K, 36 yrs old, working in stable industry. Wife not working. Have another combined car loan for another 7 years

You may like to consider to walk into one of the bank to have them assess your finanical commitment before you make any decision. Alternatively, I can recommend some of the mobile bankers who can meet at your place.
