Hollandswood Court at 3 Holland Park Road...

I have heard that Hollandswood Court is a 99 year lease hold property. However, it does not belong to the SLA after ther lease runs out as it belongs to a private owner/company who holds a freehold title on the land. Can anyone confirm this? Also, what is the implication on the value of a unit in this property in this situation vs. if it is own by SLA after the lease runs out?
