The comment which you have made is pretty interesting that as a buyer, you would like government to remove the cooling measures so that prices can escalate and get out of reach? That aside, I suppose the best option is to look at your financial commitments and make a decision from there. As long as you are comfortable financially in financing the purchase of a PC, there is no reason why you should not. There are few projects which have affordable pricings which are relatively close to that of EC, and the stretch upwards in terms of financial could be less felt perhaps?
