Hi,we are thinking of buying our second property here,since its a second one so the loan is only 60%,so we only can afford something like 600k small small condo,but the location is very important,we prefer somewhere in town,close CBD,or 5 mins walk to MRT(close to town MRT)
as we know our budget is only good for a one bedded and studio apartment,its fine,we are looking for the rental return,old condo new condo TOP in the future all can,any lease is fine.
