Hi,my parents has a hdb and hope to purchase another private estate for investing/staying. Our budget is max 700+k. Is it possible to get at least a 3 bedroom? Throw me with any option, new/old apartment.

Based on your projected budget, 2 bedroom or 1 + 1 new launch unit might be more suitable.
