Hi,my 4A 1001sq ft flat in Teban Gardens MOP is in Dec 20. My flat has amenities right below such as a 24hrs supermarket and a mini mall. I've checked on valuation websites which shows that units in my area has a resale value with an average of around S$ 470,000/- . However, i'm looking to sell my flat around S$ 560,000/- as my unit is at a high floor and directly facing pandan reservoir with unblocked views all around. Is my asking price reasonable or is it too far-fetched?
