hi,may i know if there still 4 bedders available from developer for The Luxurie condo in seng kang? noticed that the 3bedders are not moving as quickly as other developments especially those in punggol, any reasons/insights appreciated.

Hi Mr Foo,

The 4-bedders are fully sold out. The reason why is because there are only 39 units of 4-bedders in The Luxurie while there are 275 units of 3-bedders thus the take-up rate for the 3-bedders may not look as impressive in comparison.
