Hi,Iam Singaporean and my wife is a PR. We bought our resale HDB flat in 2010 Jan . Now planning to buy a CONDO (new not yet constructed). Can we keep our HDB flat if we buy a Condo?

hi sir, i would suggest you upgrading to a EC, no resale levy, no ABSD.
