Hi Mr. Lim,
If you are saying you reaching 35 yrs old and is single, then you are not allowed to buy new EC. New EC is governed by HDB policy and only family nucleus (husband & wife) can applied.
For resale EC, means those above 5 yrs old. You can buy, no issue.
