Hi.I am a buyer and have deposited a $1k recently. I was a first time buyer and wasn't aware of the procedure on the OTP. My agent guided me to sign on the OTP form without the present of the house owner on a particular nite and the agent who represented the house owner mentioned that the OTP form have to bring over to the house owner side to sign. The form will be sent to me on the next following day by my property agent. The next morning, when I checked with the CEA and HDB I then realised the procedure was not done properly. My agent has failed to guide me correctly. I wanted to withdraw. Is there any grace period? Can I get back my $1k? Please advice. Thks.
