As explained by propertyguru admin, only licensed agent with paid subscription are allowed to advertise in thai portal. It will be good if you enagage the services of an agent. The fees for rental transaction are not that expensive and only payable if they managed to secure a tenant on your behalf. In addition, agents will be handling all the paperwork including tenancy agreement which if not drawn up properly, will lead to serious issues legally should you face any disputes with your tenant in the future. With the risk you are taking, you should consider whether the small savings you enjoy is worth the complications you might suffer in the future.
