Hi,for tenancy agreement for rooms in the HDB flat, may I know whether is it compulosry that the two owners of the flat shd signed on the agreement in order for the lease to be approved? Can 1 owner alone signed the agreement? And is it the property agent to ensure that both signatories are ard? What is the panelty for not following these rules?
