Hi,can the tenant who rents a pte condo unit for 2yrs uses the landlord address to register a business company? If yes,must the tenant gets approval from landlord?

Hi Simon, not only do you need to get approval from the landlord, you will need to apply to URA for use of the premises as a Home Office. Only after URA approves, may you use it to register your business/company.

You can consider engagin a secretrial office for the official business address with ACRA for less than $50 monthly.
The correspondence mails can be directed to you apartment.
