Afternoon Jack,

Units at different location, sizing and age will have different group of buyers and tenants. There are 5 room flat at Boon Keng going at $1mil while the same 5 room flat at Sembawang may fetch only 50% of it's pricing.
It would be easier for us to advice if you can specify on the exact location.
