would like to check, if minor repair kicks in for the following issue:
A tempered glass sliding door in my unit is stiff and hard to slide.
initially, the tenant claimed that its due to a structural issue, thus its not his fault.
however, after removing the door, contractor had checked and said its the roller rubber broken..
as they used the door every day, is it wrong if i ask them to pay for the minor repair $150?
