Hi, Would like to check- I own a studio and intend to sell soon. If the psf for a 3rooms is asking btw $800-1000, what should my asking for a studio?

Hi Stars,

Call up the banker and provide details of your unit to the banker to get an indicative value. Work out a probable selling price you are looking at and start the marketing activities. If you need any assistance, feel free to call me for discussion.
