would like to ask if PARC ROSEWOOD VS GUILLEMARD EDGE, which is better for investment?

Still a few Ks short so am just asking for reference.

if you are looking to buy for investment,Parc Rosewood would give better rental yield as well as capital appreciation as it is located near to MRT and it has many schools nearby.The price is very attractive too !
