hi , with 70k cash and income 3k(me- EP) and my sister 3k(PR) ..
is it possible to get a studio or 1 bedder condo ?

for resale we only need to pay 5% right ?

Hi Kai

Yes, for resale 5% is needed for trhe first payment. By the way, stamp duty payable for PR is 8%.
