Generally looking at growth areas where the government is focusing on and building new infrastructure in the pipeline as indicated by the URA Master Plan will be a good start and increase the probability of good returns. It also depends on your comfortable price range as well. If you do not need to stay in this property, you can consider the newer launches as payment is by progressive payment stages and you can avoid the higher interest rate payments now since the loan is not fully disbursed at the construction stage.
