Hi, when should I choose to do staging for the sales of my flat? What is the process and do I need to move out of my house temporary during the sales of my flat if it is staging?

My flat has early approval to sell and I had 8 viewings since phase 2 reopen, but Still no offers.

I am eager to sell the unit and have even put the selling price $50k below valuation. I admit my house has minimal renovation only though.
