Hi, what would be the properties I should be looking at in Pasir Panjang if I'm looking for a freehold penthouse unit that is away from West Coast Highway? Am looking around, but would appreciate suggestions?

How about Whitehaven? It is a low-rise project, boutique development which will TOP in 2017, freehold penthouses still available. Thanks and may I understand your requirements further so to value-add further?

By any chance i can sway you to elsewhere , also FREEHOLD PENTHOUSES of various sizes , near serangoon interchange mrt , circle line and north east mrt interchange line , and serangoon NEX megamall , all within 600 metres or 6minutes stroll .

Presently the developer is giving massive discount , extra 18% discount over and above preview price of 23% discount , equal to almost 40% discount in total, instant paper gain compared to those who bought during preview .
