Hi , what the opinion on shoe box condo. All analyst said it no good and very hi risk. BUT I visited many showroom and they are the one always snap up fast. Anyone can explain why is this happening. Is the analyst don't understand the market Or small investor no award the risk? Is HDB really small timer, I saw many branded big car parking in HDB car park. Are they as what analyst always quoted as weak holder of property?
