hi what should i do if my owner refuse to return rental deposit to me at the move out date?

Hi Mrs Ting,

If you have a stamped copy of Tenancy Agreement which clearly states the conditions in which owner has to return your rental deposit, you can file your complaint to small claims court to get back your deposit.
