Hi,

The valuation value shall be fairly the same between banks. They are all using the same valuer from the same valuer panel.

A strict rules are applied across the board for valuer to determine the value of the unit, deviation will be below 0.5%.

As the name suggests, they are all indicative valuation figures, most likely obtained through their affliated valuers by comparing recent nearby comparable transactions, hence it only helps to establish a range. Without doing a physical inspection, the valuation should be just taken as an approximate reference. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations?
