Hi, typical condo rates for master rooms and common rooms can fetch 1.4K n 1.2K respectively, it also depends on furniture and what's provided (wifi ac etc?). But as the rental market now is weaker, it might take a longer time to find such tenants. If your plan is definitely to rent it out, it is better to settle for a good tenant profile and lower rate than keeping it vacant, losing out on potentially 1-2 months worth of rental. Dear sir/madam,

Depending on the conditions of the unit and whether it comes with aircon, WIFI and if cooking is allowed, common room rental in a condo in this area typically base at $750 while master bedroom is about $900. Rental will be better with more benefits and features that come along with the rental.
