Hi, it all depends on what you have in mind or your direction. EC is as good as private condo, except it is under HDB ruling, which you must fulfill your 5 yrs MOP. EC are limited in location and currently not many available, whereas for private condo you have a wide range to choose from. Let me know your preferred area to stay-in, I can do a search for you.
