HI. What is "Asking Price" and what is "Valuation Price"?

Hi,
Valuation price means the formal valuation by HDB valuers on resale HDB flats if not will be the estimated bank indicatives by bank valuers on private properties.
Asking price means the price the sellers are looking at.
