hi, we signed a one year contract for room rental starting this march 1. However, we have to cancel because one of the parties has to leave singapore due to health problems and we can no longer proceed with the contract in that case. No stamping was done yet but we already signed the contract. what can we do to process the cancellation in a proper way without violating laws?,
