Hi , We r a foreigner-PR couple. Together we are earning 7k monthly.We are planning to buy a 2 bedroom condo by the end of 2014.Can any one let us know wat are the procedures? And how much money we need to save for that?wen we need to apply for loan? Do we need to pay monthly installment from the approval date of the loan or after the completion of condo?

Hi

As what was being explained to you earlier, it will be good for you to consult a banker first by doing up the loan eligibility, so that you will know what is the purchase price of the 2 bedroom that you should be looking at.
