Yes there are 3BR dual key units in all the areas mentioned. You can consider Esparina Residences in Buangkok, Riverbank @ Fernvale in Sengkang, and River Isles in Punggol. Upgrading requires meticulous planning in terms of your finances (ie cash flow) and timeline to ensure that you are able to transit smoothly and seamlessly from your current flat to your next house.

Dual Key is a concept that was introduced a few years ago and it is popular with owners who prefer to stay in the house and also be able to rent it out partially. However, it comes with some shortfalls as well. There are a few developments with DK units in District 19 such as Jewel, Riverbank and High Park.
