Hi. We have signed tenancy agreement of 2yrs due in dec2021 (2 months of deposit with landlord). If we are to move out after 11 months of lease and unable to find replacement, do we lose all 2 months of deposit or 1 month since we fulfilled close to a year of lease? Thanks.
