Dear sir/madam, Congratulations on your planned upgrade but I am curious why are you shifting to the west? Also, i am assuming that you do not have a regular salesperson and banker to work with, that is why you are looking for one here. How do you decide who is reliable or not or what do you look for in a salesperson and banker to decide that he/she is the right person you can work with?
