Hi, We have around 250 row houses in society. After a long time struggle now Builder proposed two ways of having the land allocation during the deed process. Option 1 - Entire society land 7/12 on society name. Option 2 - Individual row house land 7/12 on owners name and all open common space like common garden, road, open space, community hall etc. on Society's name And right now, we are yet to make decision which option is best for all. But we are not experts so we all society members are seeking expert advice. I like to know which option will be best and why? so that we can explain our other members why I chose this option. Please Please Please we need your help as soon as possible. Thanks
